Demo Scenario for the landry business

The sale cycle started in  June this year for our customer ELIS, a company involved in the Laundry business (Clean services for textile and hygiene).
We worked hard trying to fully understand their processes that are not so simple (their main process is a kind of combination between logistic and maintenance processes  ) As usual, in order to show them our washing understanding of their clean business I did some drawings to illustrate the scripted demo we were asked to build.
Just doing it and having fun under a normally annoying Proof of Concept DEMO

Nice presentation at Saint Lô for Cheque Déjeuner

3 weeks ago we had a nice presentation with the CEV team    the subsidiary of Chèque Déjeuner about our contribution on new payment methods with smartcard (very soon everybody will pay with the smartcard inside the mobile phone)
Above a drawing remembering the nice evening I had  at the restaurant with  colleagues  (Frederique, Philippe, Pascal, Jean Philippe, Jean Nicolas...)

Media Sales and Distribution Demo in Centre France

In Centre France,  the  5 th of november (the birthday of my daughter Melisande) I did my best with unfortunatly no chance to succes as no body in the audience was willing to change their current newspaper susbscription   software. This meeting was a lost of time for them and for us ! We didn't change the world and they didn't change it as well listening me without  any goals to change or any goals to learn. Fortunatly, before this meeting I read the post from presentation zen blog  "lesson from the world of Aikido"   that is about dealing with an agressive audience. During this demo I tried very hard to keep my nerves, not becoming defensive and going with the flow "We can't control how people think or behave. Yet, the only real enemy is inside us; this we can control. How we respond to a tough situation is entirely up to us "  Below my drawings I created for this Demo :

The first drawing is about how the solution help the user to choose the best subscription offer according to the customer address

The second drawing illustrate how the solution support the distribution performances for newspapers

The third shows all the huge things that the system does automatically for the customer

Intellectual Property Management for Technicolor

The 3 th of November, I did a nice demo to the Technicolor team about how our IPM solution could help them in their patent business. In order to explain the IPM capabilities I did this drawing below
 :

I like to create slides that are a mix between drawings and classic slides layout ,  the customer appreciated it as well  because it is an unexpected slide , it is funny, and  furthermore this slide is personalized to their own issues.
